A mermaid, a man, magic and a dangerous stretch of sand off the Cornish coast, The Mermaid of Padstow is a 40-minute adaptation of a classic Cornish folktale. It’s a unique tale that details the creation of the infamous Doombar, featuring 5 bespoke sing-along folk songs, and told in the age-old folk tradition of storytelling and beer!
After the show, join Gareth as he regales the audience with further tales in the form of new and traditional folk songs (singing and playing along is definitely encouraged!).
Recommended for audiences aged 12+
(There is one instance of swearing and a mild description of violence.)
