Internationally acclaimed harpist Lily Neill takes listeners on a journey through the musical history of one of the world’s best-loved instruments. Listeners will hear everything from the music of 17th century harp composers, to ragtime, tangos, polskas, and Lily’s own dynamic compositions and arrangements.
Lily began playing concerts as a child, performing for then-President Bill Clinton and alongside Irish super-group ‘The Chieftains’. Her subsequent tours have brought her everywhere from Toronto to Tatarstan, and her collaborations range from rock n’ roll to poetry, dance, and film scores.
Put aside everything you’ve ever thought you knew about the harp and open your ears to the wealth of sound that two hands and thirty strings can conjure!
