Can the wind be touched?
How does the air smell?
How does the breath sound?
Kuuki (the Japanese word for air) invites us to play together, with movement, sound and images that are filled with air.
Dancers and musicians take us on a journey, and invite the air to be touched, felt and heard in a delicate, welcoming, safe space.
This workshop is especially created for young children aged 3+ and their families.
Kuuki is a Japenese-Polish production by Jienkyo (Japanese Theatre Union for Children and Youth) with Barbara Małecka and Alicja Morawska Rubczak. They have been working with young children in theatres for over ten years. They are joined by an outstanding Japanese accordionist Kanako Kato.
